Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our European sales operations, driving growth and strengthening customer relationships. You will define the Europe-wide sales strategy, build a high-performing team, and coordinate with global stakeholders to accelerate sustainable growth across the region.

We are looking for a leader with extensive B2B sales experience, a track record of revenue growth in international markets, and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive B2B sales experience.
• 3–5 years in a regional or international sales management role.
• Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese; other European language is a plus.

• Develop and execute the Europe sales strategy to drive targets and growth.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the regional sales team for performance and growth.
