• Bioinformatics background preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with sales and visit customers.
• Provide frontline technical support for BMK's services.
• Answer workflow questions to support sales and revenue growth.
• Coordinate service processes and guide customers.
• Support marketing and sales with technical input.
• Assist pre-sales activities and participate in seminars, conferences, trade shows.
• Monitor market development and report findings to internal teams.
• Perform other tasks to achieve company goals.
