Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Engineering and Biology or related diagnostic field.
• 2–3 years in health care/biomedical or with laboratory customers in the region.
• Fluent in the local language with strong English; Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-installation site assessments, install instruments, configure software and provide ongoing support to customers during the evaluation stage.
• Monitor sites and deliver training on system operation, software, reagents and connectivity.
• Carry out repairs, preventive maintenance, deinstallations, and relocations; manage spare parts and inventory.
