Parameta Solutions is seeking a motivated New Business Sales Manager to drive growth of its financial data and analytics offerings across EMEA buy-side clients. Based in Madrid, you will identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities with asset managers, hedge funds, pension funds and insurers.

You will work with Sales, Product, Marketing and Client Solutions to tailor presentations, run discovery meetings, demonstrate value, and manage opportunities through Salesforce.

Formación

• Essential experience in B2B sales or business development within financial services, data, or fintech.
• Demonstrated success meeting sales targets and driving new business.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.
• Consultative sales approach with ability to uncover client needs and present solutions.
• Experience managing opportunities through a structured sales process with pipeline discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities across EMEA buy‑side clients.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline from outreach to contract execution.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client challenges and data needs.
• Deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations to communicate value.
• Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to maximise lead conversion.
