Qualifikationen

• Fluent in English.
• Entry-level position with 0–2 years of experience.

• Windows 11 Pro knowledge; MacOS familiarity desirable.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Basic networking knowledge: DHCP, DNS, cabling.
• Knowledge of antivirus/spyware removal techniques.
• Ability to diagnose and fix problems.

Aufgaben

• Provide installation and support of PC and basic Apple hardware/software including peripherals.
• Respond to incoming calls/emails regarding workstation issues.

• Adhere to logging, reporting and monitoring helpdesk requests.
• Aim for high user satisfaction through timely follow-up and clear communication.
