Job summary

TransPerfect is hiring customer-focused individuals to triage user requests as part of the Client Services team. As a Client Services Representative, you will respond to queries, configure in our web-based applications and troubleshoot issues.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Proficient with Windows operating systems.
Ability to quickly and effectively learn to support TransPerfect Interactive’s web-based applications.
Must be able multitask in a fast-paced environment and work with diverse teams.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.

Responsibilities

Respond to helpdesk requests and manage tickets.
Provide phone support for users calling the support line.
Manage projects on GlobalLink applications with site administrators.
Collaborate to tackle high volumes of requests within SLAs.
Communicate internationally with teammates and users.
Perform User Acceptance Testing on features for Administrators and provide feedback.
