TransPerfect is seeking a multilingual Customer Services Representative to provide technical and operational support for clients using our VDR platform. You will be a trusted contact across France, Italy, Spain, and other markets, delivering high-quality service and training as needed.

The role combines customer service, product guidance, and relationship management in a fast-paced B2B technology environment.

Formación

• Minimum bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
• Native-level fluency in French and Italian; advanced English.
• 2+ years in a B2B customer-facing role (Support/CS/Tech Support).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong problem-solving with a proactive, customer-first mindset.
• Team player with interpersonal and active listening skills.
• Availability to work full-time onsite in Barcelona or Madrid (09:00-18:00).

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line technical and operational support via phone and email, acting as the primary point of contact to our clients.
• Guide clients through platform features, workflows and best practices.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships by understanding and managing clients’ needs, delivering high-quality service.
• Assist clients with user management, permissions, document organization, reporting, Q&A and other core VDR functionalities.
• Deliver engaging online training sessions to help users maximize the platform’s capabilities.
• Investigate customer issues, troubleshoot and escalate with internal technical teams as needed.
• Monitor client requests to ensure deliverables are met within timelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across regions to achieve client outcomes.
• Document client interactions, support cases, and follow-up actions in internal systems.
