TransPerfect, a global leader in language services, is hiring a Client Services Associate to support existing clients and coordinate translation projects. You will act as the first point of contact, manage budgets and schedules, and liaise with production teams to ensure on-time delivery.

You will interact with clients to understand industry needs, provide accurate timelines, and uphold ISO-aligned processes. This role offers training, growth, and an attractive bonus plan.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills.
• Customer service and/or project management experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to prioritize and schedule tasks and work in a team environment.
• Willing to learn new things and thrive on challenges.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first level of support to existing clients and coordinate language projects.
• Provide detailed budget, schedule and instructions to the project team and anticipate roadblocks.
• Collaborate with the production team to assess scope and produce estimates for translation projects.
• Ensure client requirements are addressed before submission to production.
• Monitor progress, ensure deadlines and budgets are met, deliver high-quality results.
• Act as liaison between external clients and internal production staff and manage expectations.
