TransPerfect is seeking a Sales Associate to build new business relationships and serve as the first level of support to existing clients. The role emphasizes understanding our language services, identifying prospects, and educating clients about our solutions.

You will engage with potential customers through various channels, coordinate with management to close opportunities, and ensure client expectations are aligned with service delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in a high tech environment.
• Familiarity with web technologies, desktop publishing software, databases and networks.

Responsabilidades

• Develop understanding of TransPerfect’s services and benefits.
• Identify prospects and target organizations for sales.
• Develop relationships via cold calling, web research, and trade shows.
• Collaborate with Sales Management to identify and close opportunities.
• Educate clients about TransPerfect’s services and value.
