Factorial is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to be the technical contact for enterprise accounts, partnering with Product, Engineering, Security, Data, Partnerships and Sales to ensure go-live success.

You’ll tackle complex technical challenges across APIs, data management, and product knowledge while owning onboarding and integration efforts. Strong English and Spanish communication are required, with office presence in Barcelona/Madrid and up to 20% remote.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in technical consulting, implementations, or professional services in SaaS.
• Strong debugging, data investigation, and scripting abilities while leading customer conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end‑to‑end technical workstream for enterprise accounts.
• Lead discovery, workshops, and solution design with technical and business stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into an executable delivery plan with milestones and acceptance criteria.
• Guide technical onboarding, data onboarding, integrations, testing and go‑live.
