Omilia is seeking a Sales Development Representative for the IBERIA region to generate qualified pipeline and qualify inbound leads, enabling discovery meetings for the Enterprise Sales team.

You will own outbound prospecting across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, targeting senior decision-makers and coordinating with Account Executives for discovery meetings. Strong multi-language communication and data-driven prospecting are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS or B2B tech is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Generate qualified pipeline through structured outbound prospecting for IBERIA.
• Qualify inbound leads and advance to Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records of prospecting activity and outcomes.
• Collaborate with AEs to align prospecting with territory priorities.
• Prepare clear meeting briefs for discovery calls and participate in account planning.
