Flourish in Madrid, Spain is seeking a Business Development Associate to drive market expansion from day one. You will research target organisations, generate opportunities via phone, email and LinkedIn, and schedule meetings for Account Executives.

You will maintain CRM records, collaborate with marketing and sales teams, and strive to meet or exceed activity and opportunity targets while refining outreach messaging for better results.

Formación

• Fluent English; additional European languages are advantageous.
• Willingness to learn quickly and drive to achieve targets.
• Resilience with a positive attitude.
