Role Summary & Responsibilities
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Madrid to generate qualified sales pipeline within the DACH region through strategic outbound prospecting and high-volume direct outreach.
- Outbound Lead Generation: Execute 60–70 daily outbound call contacts to key business decision-makers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Target Research: Identify, evaluate, and contact prospective SMB and mid-market commercial accounts.
- Value Communication: Uncover key customer operational friction points and demonstrate how our search platform drives e-commerce growth.
- Pipeline Creation: Qualify inbound/outbound sales leads and arrange product discovery meetings for Account Executives.
- Multi-Channel Engagement: Deploy combined phone, structured email sequences, and LinkedIn messaging touchpoints to engage target accounts.
Requirements
- Core Qualifications: Demonstrated background in B2B cold calling, outbound lead prospecting, and managing sales objections via telephone. Ability to maintain daily workflows using CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Preferred Qualifications: Practical background within SaaS, digital marketing ecosystems, or e-commerce search tools in fast-paced startup environments.
- Languages: Fluent German (required for target region outreach); fluent English or Spanish (required for internal business operations).
- Workplace & Schedule: 100% on-site at our Madrid headquarters. Working hours: Mon–Thu 09:00–18:00, Fri 09:00–15:00. Includes a comprehensive 1-month onboarding training program.
Compensation, Perks & Benefits
- Base Salary: €30,000 gross per annum.
- Uncapped Variable Pay: Base target of €600/month with scaled multipliers:
- 80% quota hit = 1.3x multiplier
- 100% quota hit = 2.0x multiplier (€1,200)
- 150% quota hit = 3.0x multiplier (€1,800) (Maintaining a 150% quarterly average retroactively increases all 3 months to the 3.0x tier).
- Work-Life Balance: Permanent employment contract (Indefinido) starting day one, 22 paid annual vacation days, paid company shutdown from Dec 24 to Dec 31, and reduced Friday hours.
