ElevenLabs, an AI research and product company, seeks a Solutions Engineer to scale our voice AI platform for enterprise customers. You’ll collaborate with sales to optimize technical demos, work with customer technical teams to architect solutions, and develop self-service resources to empower clients.

This remote-first role in Greece prefers Athens-based candidates, with regular travel for on-site engagements. You’ll join a team that values rapid experimentation and cross-functional impact.

Formación

• Proficiency in Python and software development concepts.
• Strong communication skills adaptable to different audiences.
• Experience collaborating directly with customers and sales teams.
• Ability to identify scalable patterns and standardize solutions.

• Wamiliarity with integration patterns and architecture considerations.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance the technical sales process.
• Work with customer technical contacts to provide bespoke support and architect solutions.
• Craft compelling technical demonstrations communicating product value.
• Create technical enablement resources to boost sales team effectiveness.
• Build self-service tools and documentation for customer implementation.
• Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns with product teams.
