BMC Helix is seeking a Customer Adoption Engineer to drive post-sale adoption and executive engagement for enterprise accounts. You will coordinate across Support, Engineering, Product Management, and Renewals to deliver a unified customer experience and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities include leading adoption plans, conducting executive reviews, and ensuring smooth incidents and renewals while partnering with partner-led accounts as needed.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience acting as the single point of accountability for enterprise accounts.
• Architectural understanding of enterprise software solutions, ideally in IT service management, AIOps, IT operations, or observability.
• Working familiarity with agentic AI concepts and how AI agents are deployed and tuned in enterprise environments.
• Must speak fluent Arabic.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the single, accountable point of contact for the end customer post-sale across all touchpoints.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a unified customer experience.
• Lead executive business reviews and maintain regular operating cadence with customers.
• Partner with the Partner Adoption Engineer for partner-led accounts to manage adoption outcomes.
• Own communications during incidents, escalations, and high-severity issues.
• Drive adoption depth and renewal health through ongoing customer engagement.
