Müller\'s Solutions is seeking a qualified BMC Helix Consultant / Solution Architect to join our remote team. You will leverage deep expertise in the Helix platform to design, implement, and optimize client solutions that drive value and efficiency.

You will guide clients through requirements gathering, architecture design, and hands-on implementation, ensuring best practices and measurable outcomes across deployments. Strong communication and independent work in a remote setting are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in a consulting or solution-architect role focused on BMC Helix.
• Deep knowledge of the Helix platform architecture and functionalities.
• Ability to design client-centric solutions aligned to business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with focus on high-quality results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
• Ability to work remotely and manage multiple priorities.
• BMC Helix certifications are highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with clients to identify and analyze business requirements and technical specs.
• Architect and configure BMC Helix solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Lead the implementation process following best practices.
• Provide technical support during testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
• Create and maintain architecture diagrams, solution specs, and user guides.
• Stay current on Helix updates and industry trends to improve solutions.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams.
