Job summary

Müller's Solutions is seeking a skilled BMC Helix Administrator to remotely manage and optimize our BMC Helix environments. You will administer configurations, manage user access, and ensure high availability of IT service management processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, monitor system health, and contribute to continuous improvement of ITSM solutions. Responsibilities include managing workflows, dashboards, reports, upgrades, patches, and changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience administering BMC Helix or similar ITSM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of BMC Helix architecture, components, and administration.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management workflows within BMC Helix.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with remote teams and stakeholders.
• BMC certifications or relevant training in ITSM are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer BMC Helix applications, including workflows, dashboards, and reports, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Monitor system health and performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users, facilitating the effective use of the platform.
• Manage system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Document system configurations, maintenance procedures, and best practices for future reference.
• Analyze system functionalities and stakeholder needs to recommend enhancements and improvements.
• Stay up-to-date on BMC Helix developments and contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT service management solutions.
