Talent-R is seeking an Account Executive for Spain to lead expansion in the enterprise automotive sector, selling a AI-powered image solution to dealerships, OEM networks, and marketplaces across Spain. You will own high-value, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting to closing.

• 5+ years of proven success in full sales cycle.
• Experience selling SaaS.
• Strong track record of closing deals.
• Exceeding quota and driving revenue growth.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build and scale a territory.

Responsabilidades

• Market development across Spain targeting enterprise automotive clients.
• Identify, target, and win enterprise automotive accounts in Spain.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans for high-value accounts.
• Build executive-level relationships with dealership groups, OEM networks, and marketplaces.
• Lead multi-stakeholder, full-cycle sales from prospecting to signed agreement.
