Talent-R is seeking an Account Executive for the Spanish market in Barcelona with a hybrid work setup. You will own the full sales cycle for SaaS products, leading strategic accounts across Spain and closing high-value deals.

Target enterprise automotive clients, build executive relationships, and drive revenue growth. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.

Formación

• 5+ years of proven success in full sales cycle.
• Experience selling SaaS.
• Strong track record of closing deals and exceeding quota.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to scale a territory strategically.
• Native Spanish and fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Market development across Spain targeting high-value enterprise automotive clients.
• Own complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting to signed agreements.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations showing ROI for enterprise clients.
• Build executive relationships with senior decision-makers and negotiate multi-year agreements.
