PPG Industries in Rubí, Spain is seeking a First Party Collector to join our global finance team. You will support collection activities for customers in the United States and Canada, ensuring timely recovery of receivables and maintaining accurate records.

The role follows an onsite model with North America market hours (14:00–23:00 CET), Monday through Friday. You'll review accounts, contact customers by phone and email, and build positive relationships while meeting monthly targets.

Qualificações

• Native English speaker.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in collections or customer service.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Effective business writing and professional communication.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Review open accounts and initiate collection efforts
• Conduct outbound calls and emails to recover overdue payments
• Meet monthly call and notation targets
• Process payments and update records accurately
• Maintain organized and up-to-date collection files
• Follow up on payment arrangements using the treatment schedule
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
