Job summary

WPP Media Limited in Madrid is seeking a Senior Collections Analyst to strengthen Accounts Receivable across the Group. You will manage end-to-end collections and ensure timely payments, while coordinating with internal teams and external clients.

Your role requires fluency in Spanish, English and French, hands-on ERP AR experience and advanced Excel skills. You will align with SOX controls and work in a fast-paced, international setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Collections or Accounts Receivable with similar responsibilities
• Fluent in Spanish, English and French
• Hands-on experience with AR modules within ERP systems
• Advanced Excel skills with formulas, pivot tables and data analysis
• Experience managing customer debt portfolios
• Experience working in a multinational environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end collections with regular follow-up to ensure timely payment
• Post customer payments in the Group's ERP systems
• Perform cash reconciliations and match payments to invoices
• Resolve discrepancies in collaboration with Group entities and departments
• Prepare AR reports including ageing analyses and ad hoc analyses
• Deliver month-end close reports and SOX-compliant documentation
• Contribute to treasury forecasting with collections data
• Coordinate with legal entities to maximize collections
• Support internal and external audits related to Accounts Receivable
• Develop and maintain SOPs for the Collections area
• Identify process improvements to drive efficiencies
