Qualifications

• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Understanding of customer accounts and end-to-end business processes.
• Basic accounting knowledge, particularly in customer accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely collection of outstanding balances per policy.
• Respond to calls and emails within targets and escalate when needed.
• Make outbound collection calls to drive productivity and manage portfolio.
• Communicate with Customer Services, Sales, and customers on disputes and credit holds.
• Act as backup for fellow collectors as required.
• Liaise with Team Lead on credit related issues.
