Job summary

Atlas Copco Group in Zaragoza, Spain, seeks an Engineering Team Leader to guide a multidisciplinary engineering team through the product development lifecycle, delivering robust, innovative, and compliant solutions for customers.

You will collaborate with Product Care, Operations, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with cost and timeline targets in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Hydraulic, or related engineering.
• 5-8 years of experience in product development, engineering, or industrial manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, pumps, fluid dynamics.
• Experience in designing and developing electromechanical products.
• Proven experience leading technical projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Root cause analysis, risk assessment, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, validation testing, and engineering best practices.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; able to work in a global environment.

In this role, your mission is to lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver robust, innovative, and compliant product solutions while driving excellence across the product development lifecycle.
