Qualifications

• Experience leading New Product Development (NPD) or engineering projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience driving continuous improvement, cost optimization, and problem-solving initiatives.
• Ability to prioritize, make decisions, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPD projects from concept to industrialization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones, quality, and delivery targets are achieved.
• Drive product improvements, cost optimization, and engineering change initiatives.
• Support problem-solving activities and ensure robust technical solutions for customers and manufacturing.
