Atlas Copco Group in Zaragoza, Spain, is seeking an Engineering Team Lead to guide a team of engineers, delivering high‑quality NPD and manufacturing solutions that meet customer needs.

You will drive projects from concept to industrialization, coordinate cross‑functional teams, mentor staff, and push continuous improvement in a fast‑paced environment, with a hybrid work arrangement at our Zaragoza site.

Formación

• Experience leading New Product Development (NPD) or engineering projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience driving continuous improvement, cost optimization, and problem-solving initiatives.
• Ability to prioritize, make decisions, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.

Your role

Bring your curiosity to work as our next Engineering Team Lead. You will be part of our Engineering team reporting to Engineering Manager. In this role, your mission is to lead and develop a team of engineers, driving innovation, technical excellence, and the successful delivery of high‑quality solutions. You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers.

Your day-to-day

• Lead New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept to industrialization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones, quality, and delivery targets are achieved.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on‑site at our Product Company in Zaragoza, Spain.
