Factorial HR is seeking an Engineering Team Lead who writes code and coaches 4–7 engineers. You’ll review PRs, pair on hard problems, and own a product area end-to-end while guiding your team through AI-powered workflows.

You’ll work closely with the business, shaping the roadmap, and driving the shift to AI-native product development. This is a hands-on leadership role at Factorial’s Barcelona/Madrid offices.

Formación

• Strong engineer first with leadership experience in small teams.
• Experience as a Technical Team Lead or leading others, formally or informally.
• Mentored engineers and enjoyed it.
• Willing to code regularly and review PRs.
• Experience designing APIs and building integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Write code weekly—features, reviews, pairing.
• Shape roadmap with your team after learning the business.
• Write and review RFCs and provide real feedback.
• Run weekly 1:1s for team development.
• Interview engineers and maintain hiring bar.
• Lead AI-native product development and set example.
