Factorial HR is seeking a Senior Product Software Engineer to shape the Operations domain in Barcelona. You will design and ship AI-enabled features that scale across many companies, focusing on reliability and user experience, working with cross-functional teams to transform probabilistic AI concepts into tangible product outcomes.

Formación

• 4+ years in software engineering.
• Experience shipping AI-powered features in production.
• Familiarity with Ruby on Rails and React.
• Understanding of integrating AI models into scalable cloud-native environments.
• Ability to explain complex technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative communication.

Responsabilidades

• Design system architecture and high-level prompts for multi-agent AI features.
• Review and validate AI outputs for security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Coordinate and synchronize multiple AI agents to deliver coherent features.
• Define and experiment with workflows, sharing findings across teams.
