Prima is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Spain Conversion team in Madrid. You will define the technical roadmap, lead architectural decisions, and mentor engineers to deliver scalable and secure software solutions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, shape processes, and drive initiatives from inception to delivery while promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth across the engineering organization.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership role, managing engineering teams and driving technical decisions.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services and infrastructure, preferably AWS.
• Ability to shape and adapt team processes and ways of working.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and engage with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the technical roadmap for the Spain Conversion team.
• Take ownership of architectural decisions ensuring maintainability, reliability, scalability and security.
