Ebury is seeking an Engineering Manager for its FinCore team in Madrid. Lead technical directions, coach engineers, and drive delivery of a secure, reliable fintech platform across domains. This role blends technical leadership with people management to foster excellence and growth.

You will own roadmaps, collaborate with product, and ensure alignment on architecture, quality, and timelines while promoting a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Deep understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with agile development processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Passion for technology and innovation.

Responsabilidades

• Technical Leadership: Own a domain/subdomain, setting the 0-6 month technical roadmap.
• Work with senior engineers to ensure architectural consistency.
• Accountable for the reliability, availability, and security of our systems.
• Ensure all systems have appropriate support, SLAs, on-call rotas, and documentation.
