Ebury's FinCore Engineering team in Madrid is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help develop and optimise our multi-currency accounting and FX platform. You will contribute to new services, collaborate with cross-country engineers, and own significant parts of the product, from design through delivery.

We value Python expertise, strong software design, and testing discipline, with CI Jenkins pipelines and Terraform for deployment.

Formación

• Extensive experience in developing complex software systems.
• Strong Python expertise; comfortable with other OOP languages.
• Experience in FinTech or banking and regulated environments.
• Excellent written and spoken English for cross-border collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to development of the next iteration of our FX platform’s services, collaborating with development and delivery of new products and improvements.
• Collaborate with team members and engineering leaders to design new services and components using RFC processes.
• Coach and mentor less experienced teammates to raise team effectiveness and efficiency.
• Lead product initiatives from discovery to delivery with product and operations teams to ensure alignment.
• Own the products you build, including ongoing development and maintenance.
