Factorial is seeking a Design System Engineer to own the architecture of our company-wide design system and evolve it into a production-grade product infrastructure. You will bridge design and engineering, building tooling and workflows that accelerate AI-powered product development across teams.

Expect ownership, a strong design eye, and the ability to scale quality and consistency at speed. You will work with frontend, design, and product to deliver reusable components and robust systems that

Formación

• Experience building AI-powered design systems.
• Ability to translate design concepts into production-ready components.
• Strong React and TypeScript skills with modern frontend tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and scale the design system across the company.
• Define architecture, tooling, documentation, governance and implementation plan.
• Design and implement AI Skills within the design ecosystem.
• Build tools/plugins connecting Figma to code and AI-driven workflows.
• Collaborate with design, frontend and product for pixel-perfect execution at scale.
