• Collaborate with teams to improve product foundations and platform stability.
• Build and guide an engineering organization with frontend, backend, full stack, data science and data engineering teams.
• Provide people management, coaching, and performance feedback for managers and engineers.
• Own technical roadmaps and architectural direction, navigating ambiguity and measuring impact.
