Preply is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for GenAI & Agentic Platforms to own the strategy, execution, and health of two platform teams, guiding AI workloads from experiments to production. You’ll coach engineers, shape platform abstractions, and collaborate with Product, Data, Security, and Engineering teams.
You will define long-term vision, drive architectural decisions, and align stakeholders while maintaining speed, quality, and safety across GenAI and Agentic initiatives.
Formación
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in engineering management and leading multiple teams.
Responsabilidades
- Set the long-term engineering vision for GenAI Platform and the Agentic Platform.
- Partner with Product Manager to define outcomes and measure impact of platforms.
- Lead and develop approximately 8-12 engineers across two teams with clear expectations and career growth.
- Own hiring quality, team boundaries, and operating models as platforms evolve.
- Guide architecture across model access, evaluation, observability, retrieval, and orchestration.
- Translate strategy into realistic plans balancing foundational investments with near-term needs.
