Super is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead two Engineering Squads in the Player Experience area, building the team from scratch and driving technical excellence across cross-functional teams such as Product Design, Data and QA.

You will hire, coach and mentor engineers, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and reliability. This is a hands-on leadership role in a global tech group.

Formación

• Experience in both technical and people leadership.
• Strong exposure to hiring engineers and establishing team culture.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Advocate of servant leadership with hands-on daily engineering involvement.
• Experience resolving complex engineering and communication issues.
• Strong time management, organisational and multitasking skills.

Responsabilidades

• Hire and lead a team of engineers, with tech leads, engineers and QAs reporting directly to you.
• Ensure growth and development opportunities for all team members through coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.
• Nurture relationships with other engineering managers, tech leads and product managers.
• Coordinate stakeholders by defining priorities, managing expectations and providing regular updates.
• Support engineering goals by setting team requirements, goals and timelines.
• Make technical and business decisions to ensure predictable delivery, quality and reliability.
• Build and maintain a culture of engineering excellence and quality.
