Allianz Technology seeks a strategic Engineering Lead to own our enterprise platform products as a business, translating strategy into technical roadmaps and steering investment for maximum value. You will have accountability for direction, delivery commitments, budget and cost-to-serve, while advising product and business leadership as a trusted consultant.

You lead through influence, financial acumen, and stakeholder alignment, with enough technical depth to challenge architecture decisions

Formación

• 8+ years in technology roles with 3+ years leading platforms or engineering organizations with end-to-end accountability.
• Experience managing technology budgets and P&L, including planning, forecasting, cost optimization and investment cases.
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and communicate with impact at senior levels.
• Knowledge of modern platform architecture: cloud, microservices, APIs, DevOps/SRE.
• Experience aligning cross-functional stakeholders around technology direction and delivery commitments.

Responsabilidades

• Own the platform strategy and roadmaps aligned with business priorities and enterprise architecture.
• Manage platform as a P&L: budget planning, forecasting, cost-to-serve, and investment decisions.
• Align Product, Security, Operations, and Business leaders around a shared technical direction.
• Advise leadership by translating technical topics into business language, risks, and options.
• Govern delivery and reliability with KPIs and ensure architectural decisions support scalability and compliance.
• Steer architecture reviews and technology selection while avoiding detailed design work.
• Oversee SLAs/SLOs, incident management maturity, and audit/compliance readiness.
• Develop the organization by mentoring tech leads and engineering managers.
