Super Technologies is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for Applied Machine Learning & Research to lead a team of 4–5 data scientists and ML engineers. You will design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge ML models, coordinate跨 team efforts, and drive ML initiatives from research to production.

You will oversee project deliveries, stay at the forefront of AI trends, and mentor colleagues to build a high-performing, innovative team contributing to next-gen gaming and entertainment experiences.

Formación

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, ML, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced ML models.
• Stay updated with ML/AI trends.
• Conduct code reviews for model development/deployment.
• Manage ML projects to align with business goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to productionize models.
• Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 data scientists and ML engineers.
• Oversee execution, growth, and performance of the ML team.
