Owner or Representative manages a Marine Mechanic / Engineer role for a private 21 m motor yacht based in Puerto Banús, Marbella, Spain, with an immediate start and long-term prospects. The position requires hands-on maintenance, diagnostics, and coordination with external service providers.

Fluent English is required; knowledge of Russian is advantageous. The candidate should be able to commute to the port daily and reside near Marbella for convenient access.

Formación

• Previous experience as a marine mechanic, yacht engineer or in a similar position.
• Strong practical and technical skills.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Good command of English is required.
• Russian language is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Marine Mechanic / Engineer – Private Motor Yacht

Location: Puerto Banús, Marbella, Spain

Vessel: 21 m private motor yacht

Employment: Full-time

Start: Immediate

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Marine Mechanic / Engineer to take care of the technical maintenance and day-to-day upkeep of a 21-meter private motor yacht based in Puerto Banús, Spain.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out regular maintenance and technical checks of the yacht


• Identifying and resolving mechanical and technical issues


• Monitoring the overall technical condition of the vessel


• Arranging and coordinating external services, repairs and maintenance when required


• Searching for and sourcing spare parts, equipment and other items necessary for the yacht


• Communicating with local technicians, service providers and suppliers


• Ensuring the yacht is always maintained in excellent operational condition

Requirements

• Previous experience as a marine mechanic, yacht engineer or in a similar position
