Yacht Crew Recruitment & Training (YCRT) seeks a First Mate to join a 30m private/charter catamaran in Palma, joining by 10 September. The role involves hands-on duties with the Captain, sharing engineering tasks, and operating in a busy charter environment aboard a six-member crew.

The ideal candidate holds Yachtmaster Offshore (CE ideally), has at least 3 years at sea, and holds a Schengen visa. Permanent contract with a starting salary of €4,500, rising to €5,000 after probation; 38 days

Formación

• Must have Yachtmaster Offshore license and at least 3 years at sea.
• Hands-on engineering experience and strong work ethic.
• Schengen visa eligibility to join in Palma, Spain.
• Permanent contract; join by 10 September.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Captain with navigation, watchkeeping and ship operations.
• Share engineering duties with the Captain and monitor systems.
• Support a crew of 6 in a busy charter environment.

• Joining to finish off the charter season. Winter plans TBC.
• Crew of 6.
• First Mate position. Needs to be hands on with a great work ethic and technical understanding.
• Yachtmaster Offshore (CE ideally)
• Some solid Engineering experience required as you'll be sharing Engineering duties with the Captain.
• Very successful charter season so far, a few more to go.
• Great team atmosphere onboard with big crew cabins.
• €4,500 starting salary with increase to €5,000 after successful probation.
