Job summary

You will engage with clients and sales teams, translate requirements into tailored technical proposals and system schematics, and lead bid preparations to ensure compliant, high-quality submissions. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pre-sales/technical support for energy storage PCS.
• Solid understanding of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) applications and standards.
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and willing to undertake frequent travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical expert for PCS and energy storage solutions with clients and sales.
• Analyze requirements and design tailored technical proposals and system schematics.
• Lead technical preparation for bids and tenders to ensure high-quality submissions.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategy and product positioning.
• Act as the key technical liaison between Sales, R&D, and Project Delivery throughout the sales cycle.
• Provide technical training and support to sales staff, partners, and clients.
• Represent the company at industry events to promote technical expertise and solutions.
