Job summary

Solplanet is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in Spain to train customers and deliver expert consultancy on PV inverters, energy storage, and EV chargers. You will build strong ties with distributors, installers and EPCs while collaborating with sales to sustain loyalty and trust.

You will ensure compliance with local regulations, share product insights with Product Management and support service teams across EMEA to assist customers after purchase.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in electrical engineering or renewable energy.
• Fluent in Spanish; business-level English.
• Strong knowledge of PV, energy storage, EV chargers and grid codes.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with training, application engineering services and technical consultancy in PV inverters, storage and EV chargers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Solplanet distributor, installer and EPC networks.
• Collaborate with sales teams to maintain customer relationships and loyalty.
• Deliver online or onsite training to distributors and installers.
• Keep up to date with local regulatory requirements for Solplanet products.
• Provide feedback to Product Management to enhance Solplanet’s product roadmap.
• Work with service teams and partners in EMEA to assist customers post-sale.
