Job summary

Enverus in Spain is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join our energy software team. You will provide front-line support for our analytics platform, troubleshoot UI and API issues, and ensure customers receive timely, helpful guidance.

You will document cases, collaborate across product, engineering, and customer success, and grow product knowledge to drive value. A degree in engineering and 2+ years in support, plus strong English, fit our fast-paced energy tech environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent technical experience in a related field.
• 2+ years in application support or similar client-facing roles.
• Experience with renewables or energy data is preferred.
• Proficient in English and able to work in a global team.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line software support via email, phone, and video calls.
• Troubleshoot UI and API issues and document resolutions.
• Maintain organized records of customer requests with accurate notes.
• Educate customers to maximize value from the product suite.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to resolve cases.
