Job summary

Barry Callebaut Manufacturing Iberica SA. is seeking a Customer Care Agent to cover maternity leave in Barcelona.

You will own the Order-to-Cash process from entry to invoicing, acting as the main contact for Iberian customers and coordinating with Supply Chain, Sales, Logistics and R&D to ensure a reliable and proactive service. The role requires a customer-focused mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to communicate clearly in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent higher education.
• Native Spanish speaker with proficient English, written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, ideally B2B in food sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash, ensuring on-time delivery and correct pricing.
• Handle SAP order processing and confirm delivery dates based on stock and lead times.
• Monitor orders proactively and communicate delays or changes to customers.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Sales, Logistics and Quality to resolve issues.
• Register and follow up on product complaints in Salesforce.
