Qualifications

• One year of experience in Customer Service or related roles.
• Fluent English written and spoken; additional languages valued.
• Experience coordinating with sales, logistics and operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers via phone and email.
• Respond to inquiries about orders, deliveries, products, pricing, and info.
• Process quotations and orders in the ERP system.
• Manage claims, complaints and order-related incidents.
• Monitor order status and provide timely updates to customers.
