Job summary

You will assist Regional Account Managers as needed and coordinate contract and documentation processes.

The ideal candidate has a degree, experience in sales support or customer service, strong Excel and Office skills, familiarity with SAP, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Business, Commerce, Technical Studies, or related field.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• MS Office proficiency; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Regional Account Managers in day-to-day commercial activities.
• Prepare quotations and book customer contracts.
• Monitor and maintain contract records and documentation.
• Handle customer inquiries and commercial requests with timely follow-up.
• Coordinate NPI requests and sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data in Salesforce.
• Create and manage new customer accounts.
• Coordinate sample requests, catalogs, and other commercial materials.
• Support commercial negotiations and customer relationship management.
• Act as main contact for agents and proactively address customer needs.
• Prepare sales reports and presentations for the commercial team.
• Organize meetings, webinars, and support marketing and communication activities.
