Sunwave Communications in Ibiza seeks a senior Sales Leader to drive regional strategy across EMEA, win key clients, and build a robust partner ecosystem for DAS and Private LTE/5G networks. You will travel internationally and present complex solutions to technical buyers.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of wireless sales experience, a deep technical background, and proven success in solution selling and channel development with operators, NHS, SI/VAR/MSP partners, and HQ collaboration.

Formación

• 8+ years of wireless sales experience.
• Deep technical background in DAS/5G networks.
• Fluency in engaging operators and channel partners.

Responsabilidades

• Shape the strategy: analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition across EMEA.
• Win the clients: own designated countries/accounts, build deep relationships, capture orders.
• Build the ecosystem: recruit partners and grow Sunwave's product ecosystem across EMEA.
• Open new fronts: support ODM in the EU, pursue Neutral Host, expand into Africa and the Middle East.
• Sell with substance: demo and explain DAS and 5G private networks to technical buyers.
• Feed the machine: track sales activities and report progress to HQ.
