You will translate regional direction into local plans, support pricing, assortment, and promotions, and partner with Sales and cross-functional teams. • 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial strategy, brand management, trade marketing, sales strategy, or a related area is preferred.
• Previous experience managing a Trading Cards and/or Collectibles portfolio would be highly advantageous.
• Strong commercial and business ownership mindset, with the ability to take accountability and drive results.

Responsabilidades

• Support development and execution of AOP and A&P plans by market, aligned to global and regional targets.
• Translate regional direction into market-level commercial plans and priorities.
• Support product selection by market and channel, including coordination of exclusives.
• Identify risks and opportunities and implement actions to support business performance across geographies.
• Manage relationship with external partners to ensure best-in-class marketing and commercial execution.
