Job summary

Mattel España SA is seeking a seasoned Commercial Planner to support the Trading Cards and Collectibles portfolio across markets. You will translate regional strategy into local commercial plans, help set pricing and promotions, and partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to drive revenue and margin outcomes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with market teams, pricing strategy, and activation across channels, with a focus on local execution and regional campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial strategy, brand management, or trade marketing.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work within strategic frameworks and translate strategy into action.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of AOP and A&P plans by market, aligned to global targets.
• Translate regional direction into market-level commercial plans and priorities.
• Support product selection by market and channel, including exclusives coordination.
• Identify risks and opportunities and implement actions to boost performance across geographies.
• Manage relationships with external partners for best-in-class marketing execution.
