IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, seeks a Senior Specialist, Total Rewards to shape compensation and benefits programs across more than 40 countries in EMEA.

The role partners with Total Rewards, HRBPs, Finance, Payroll and leaders to deliver market insights, analyses, annual reward cycles, and HR data analytics, while balancing regional needs with global frameworks. Based in Budapest in a hybrid setup.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, Total Rewards, HR Analytics, or related HR discipline in a multinational environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support delivery of annual compensation and benefits cycles across the EMEA region.
• Provide compensation analytics and market benchmarking insights for decision making.
• Manage and optimize employee benefits programs across multiple EMEA countries.
• Support EU Pay Transparency requirements across multiple countries.
• Analyze employee incentive programs and performance measures.
• Participate in job evaluation and analysis; maintain salary structures.
• Deliver HR data analytics and reporting to identify trends for workforce planning.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, and business leaders to execute compensation programs.
• Identify and drive Workday-enabled improvements for Total Rewards in EMEA.
