ERM is seeking an EMEA Benefits Senior Specialist to maintain and enhance employee benefits programmes across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will collaborate with global Reward teams and local HR to ensure compliant, cost-effective benefits that support employee experience and business objectives.

The role involves governance, data reporting, vendor management and driving process improvements while aligning with ERM's people strategy.

Formación

• Experience managing employee benefits across multiple EMEA countries.
• Strong knowledge of pensions, healthcare and risk benefits.
• Ability to operate in a complex, matrixed, multi-country organisation.
• Familiarity with benefits governance, compliance, renewals and vendor management.
• Ability to translate local legislative requirements into operational actions.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and govern regional benefits portfolio aligned to global strategy.
• Manage benefits across multiple EMEA countries and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and data privacy requirements.
• Support renewals, benchmarking and market data to improve competitiveness.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance and external advisers.
