Align Technology, Inc. in Spain seeks a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to support the regional Total Rewards program across EMEA. You will analyze markets, administer compensation and benefits, and coordinate with providers and HR stakeholders.

You will participate in salary surveys, model compensation data, and help maintain country benefits data while aligning with local regulations and processes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years in international compensation and benefits in a multinational.
• Strong analytical capability and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent Excel skills and ability to work with HRIS data.

Responsabilidades

• Support market analyses and job evaluation activities for new roles and reclassifications.
• Contribute to annual country surveys on compensation and benefits, coordinating inputs.
• Run compensation analyses (compa-ratio, salary ranges, market positioning) per defined methods.
• Maintain regional salary market data and support country-specific benefits data.
• Assist with benchmarking activities for employee benefits and note opportunities.
